Refund policy

At Customize Wrestling Belt, we want you to love your order. Every custom championship belt is made specifically for you using your selected logo, text, colors, materials, and design details.

Our return and refund policy depends on whether your item is custom-made or non-custom.

Returns for Non-Custom Products

Return requests for non-custom, ready-made products must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

All returns must be approved by our Customer Support team before being sent back. Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom and personalized championship belts are made specifically for each customer and are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

Before production, we provide a design proof for review and approval. Please carefully check all names, dates, spelling, logos, images, colors, strap selections, and design details before approving your final design.

Customer-submitted or customer-approved errors, including spelling mistakes, incorrect text, incorrect logos, or incorrect design details, are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or exchanges.

Once the final design proof has been approved and production has started, cancellations, changes, returns, and refunds are not available.

Cancellations and Design Changes

You may request changes to your design before approving the final design proof.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@customizewrestlingbelt.com and include your order number.

Cancellation requests can only be considered before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because it is being made specifically for you.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Design-Issue Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the final design proof approved by you, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number

Clear photos or video of the issue

Photos of the packaging, if shipping damage is involved

A short explanation of the problem

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include a repair, replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable solution.

Replacements

Because custom belts are made to order, we do not offer standard exchanges.

However, if your order has a verified production defect, incorrect customization, shipping damage, or a material difference from the approved proof, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Customize Wrestling Belt is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and secure before placing your order.

If you purchased Shipping Protection, contact us within 14 days of the carrier’s delivery confirmation to submit a claim. Shipping Protection claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the protection provider.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

Your bank, credit-card provider, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
