What is the total delivery time for my order?

The total delivery time depends on two steps: production/processing time and shipping time.

Processing / Production Time

Most custom championship belts are made after your order details and design are confirmed.

Our usual production/processing time is 2–3 business days after mockup approval. During busy seasons or for highly detailed custom designs, production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Shipping begins once your order leaves our production facility. Delivery time can vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

For most USA orders, estimated delivery time after dispatch is usually 5–7 business days.

Which country has free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping to the USA.

What can cause shipping delays?

Although we always work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, delays can sometimes happen due to carrier or delivery issues.

Common causes include:

Incorrect or incomplete address
If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, the courier may be unable to deliver the package. Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

Failed delivery attempts
Couriers usually make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery fails, please contact the courier as soon as possible to arrange redelivery or pickup.

Customs clearance
For international shipments, customs clearance may sometimes cause delays. Tracking will usually update once the package is cleared and released.

Holidays and peak seasons
Delivery volumes can increase during holidays and busy seasons, which may cause carrier delays.

Weather conditions
Severe weather can slow down transit times and affect delivery schedules.

Important shipping note

Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please review your address carefully before completing your order.

Lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your tracking shows that the package has shipped but it is delayed, lost, or marked delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier first to start an investigation or claim.

We will also do our best to assist you with tracking information and carrier communication where possible.

We cannot be responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or missing address details provided at checkout.
